Cold Returns

Here is a tune from the demonstration sessions. It's called Cold Returns and is about a bunch of shit I deal with in my day job. Ross is back and has tales of voodoo and violence from his trip to Cuba. Expect movement at the station soon...

Barking Dog, free to a good home...

Our latest record, If The Dogs Are Barking It's Because We're Working all but sold out at the album launch, and the few copies we had left have now gone, so to fill in the gap between repressing the record we are going to give away digital copies of the album. Just follow this link, and if you're feeling generous please donate, donators will receive a free hardcopy when they are available:

Old Photos

Here are some old photos of the band I have dredged out of my external hard drive...
Matt C at the Dogs are Barking launch, very dark. Like him.
The rest of us at the Dogs are Barking launch, clearly too into it to acknowledge the audience.
The old days, when Ross and I also acted as that dog with red eyes in Ghostbusters. Epic times.
Full band shot at the Hoey, Dogs are Barking launch.
Ross looking depressed at the Magnetic Sounds launch. I don't think he was.
I think this show was with Cuthbert and the Nightwalkers at their first ep launch, which would mean that I'm playing with a broken elbow. That night was huge.
Me at the Magnetic Sounds launch, steak $7, Magnetic Sounds $10. Slightly more expensive and not nearly as high in protein, what were we thinking!
Who you gonna call? A better photographer!

New home... new beginnings

Blog got shut down, not offensive enough maybe?

Anyway, here's our new home. And our new beginnings as we look towards putting the barking dogs behind us and start writing a new record with all members (including the 2 new ones) contributing.

I've finished 11 demos and will throw some up if I can figure out how.

Meanwhile Ross is still overseas, but should be returning soon. Matt C is doing a few shows with his great great great band Red Riders and in Ross' absence the remaining SA members are working hard on side projects and flummery.

I'll try and throw up interesting things here more often now that I know how to do this thing a bit better.
